The African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR) on Tuesday, 4 June 2024 delivered five (5) judgments, at the Seat of the Court in Arusha – Tanzania.
The delivery of judgments marked the commencement of the 73rd Ordinary Session of the Court scheduled to run up to 28 June 2024.
