NOTING that the situation in relation to the COVID -19 Pandemic among Member States has improved;
DECIDES to resume the computation of time limits effective from 1 August 2020 for all matters that are currently in progress before the Court. This includes all pending cases at the merits and reparations stage(s), reporting on implementation of judgments and advisory opinions.
